MOVE

Yoga Retreat

Structured time for movement, breath and attention — with yoga at the centre of the daily rhythm.

THE EXPERIENCE

What it means at W.E.T.

A yoga retreat places yoga practice at the heart of the stay, often supported by breathwork, meditation, nature walks or a considered nutrition approach.

WHO IT'S FOR

Who it may suit.

For travellers who want dedicated time for practice, distance from daily routine, or a more immersive introduction to different styles of yoga.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What may be included.

Programmes may include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative or other styles in group or private sessions. Daily frequency, teacher profile and physical intensity vary considerably.

CHOOSING WELL

What to look for.

Check level suitability, teacher credentials, group size, daily class frequency, required versus optional activities, equipment and whether the offer is a genuinely structured retreat rather than a standard hotel activity.

HEALTH & SCOPE

Know the boundary.

Yoga can require adaptation for injury, pregnancy, older age or specific health conditions. Intense postures and breath practices are not appropriate for everyone.

VERIFIED PROGRAM CONNECTIONS

Programs to explore.

Only structured programs already verified in the W.E.T. source inventory are shown here. Scope, dates and availability should be reconfirmed for your travel dates.
